A number of 'toning shoes' are now available to buy in the UK, and other countries, and though TrimSoles may share some similarities, they also have their own unique attributes. TrimSoles offer an effective, stylish and cost-effective alternative to a number of competitive products that are available.


TrimSoles come in standard whole sizes only. If you normally take a half size we recommend going up to the nearest whole size. If you are unhappy with your TrimSoles in any way we offer a full refund policy, as long as they are returned to us unused and in a re-saleable condition. Absolutely, yes! TrimSoles may be far less expensive than some of the alternative 'toning shoes' currently available, but they do not compromise on quality in any way. We think you will be delighted when you see for yourself just how good they are.


TrimSoles are designed to slightly affect the way that you walk so that they can help tone a number of different muscles in the body. You may feel some initial discomfort as your body begins to benefit from the adjustments but this discomfort will soon pass. We think you will soon enough find them to be the most comfortable shoes you have ever worn! Let yourself adjust to them gradually before wearing them full-time.

Most parts of TrimSole® Footwear can be cleaned using a damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or anything containing bleach. Do not put TrimSoles in a washing machine or dryer. Do not completely submerge TrimSoles in water.
